Creating a desire for travel is not difficult: just show an clean white beach and a hammock strung up between two palm trees, and you're good to go. But if no one remembers the sender or the message, then you have only managed to waste a lot of money.
Bravo Tours sought to be positioned as a travel agency ready to go above and beyond for its guests. The desire to be close to customers and making sure they felt well treated and looked after had always been inherent in the brand, but now this new service position had to be communicated through campaigns and the new tagline "With You All the Way".
To emphasize that Bravo Tours really goes all the way, the bossman himself, CEO Peder Hornshøj, takes the lead in making sure that the high personal service standards set for Bravo Tours customers are met. And it worked. Compared to previous years, BravoTours has cut 50% of media funds and at the same time created a record amount of accounts in both 2022 and 2023.
