Retirement is more than just savings. Most schemes also include an insurance part, and Lærernes Pension even has the ability to offer preventive counseling. This is beneficial for a member who might otherwise have been forced into sick leave. If the member is taken care of in time, it is advantageous both for that person's future well-being and in terms of reducing costs of long-term illness.

Solution

WDP collaborated with Forca to help Lærernes Pension design their first, native app. In addition to making it easier and faster to get an overview of savings, we also added the option to take a wellness check in the app. Here, the user gets an indication of any health-related red flags prompting them to contact an advisor at Lærernes Pension. Together, they can assess whether it might be a good idea to engage in a preventive program to avoid sick leave.
